Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

ok i restore a backup of the css, it works only for light theme. which is weird but ok .. i have other question.

I am not sure I have caught the issue. Filter widgets are added in Appearance > Widgets > Shop page widget area only for the shop page.
Custom filters are added by means of Elementor element to any page https://prnt.sc/vsqadg

You can find the filter element in the Elementor: https://prnt.sc/vsxybp Create an HTML block and add the filters.
1. Create a custom sidebar or sidebars in the Dashboard > Sidebar;
2. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets and add the HTML block widget and chose your created block to this sidebar(s).
4. Set this sidebar for the page you want to show the filters: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
