Wishlist Icon shows (1) next to the Icon on the 'Basel' theme

I have found a rather annoying bug in the Basel theme. I have installed the wishlist plugin and it shows there is one item in my Wishlist but when I click the icon there is nothing in it… someone please assist me on this…

Basel theme has the built-in Wishlist and it seems there is a conflict. Please try to disable theme Wishlist in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Whilist.
