can not instal a demo content

Hi. im tryin to install a demo content on my website and i get the message:
“It seems that you didn’t run WooCommerce setup wizard or didn’t create a shop and the import can’t be run now. You need to run WooCommerce setup wizard or install pages manually via WooCommerce -> System status -> Tools.”
Although i have already ran the woocommerce setup wizard and installed it on my website fully. I tryied to create pages manually like it saying and no thing is happen. why is that? how can i fix that?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

All of the plugins are related to your theme.
You need to go to WooCommerce -> System status -> Tools and click on “Create pages” first.
I did and it just doesnt work
maybe because it an temporary domain?
Strange, it seems to be a problem in WooCommerce. Try to disable all external plugins or reinstall WordPress completely.
