    I would like to enter the registration field in the footer of the page, as in the image

    Please create an HTML block and find the appropriate template in the Template library, then insert and configure the form as per your needs. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

    You can configure the form view in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Form Style.
