Random pages are appearing on my site

Hi, I am getting some random pages on my site. Could you please tell why this is happening and how i can resolve it? For example https://siristore.in/managero/. Is that a potential malware?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

Hi, When i checked it was a malware which was creating these pages. Its sorted now. Its not a theme issue
