MailCimp Xtemos element in elementor

Hello, I activated Mailchimp and I put the API key in elementor, but when I insert the mailchimp xtemos element from elementor in the web page, I have nothing . You can see in the attached file.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by Woocommerce.
If you see the same on the default theme, add the form as the shortcode into the text block.

and when i use the wordpress mailchimp widget i have the red result

Both plugins are separate functionality, most likely this plugin is not compatible with the Elementor, use the WordPress plugin.
