    I’m gettin this error mostly on admin panel please check logs in private area

    Hi,

    500 Internal Error is a generic error and says about some issue on the server and can be caused by different things. Anyway, to understand its nature you need to see your server error logs or enable PHP error display on the website. If you can’t do this, you need to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.     I already contacted my hosting provider they said everyting is fine about server they send me php errors. Please check private area. Problem is about software not hardware.

    In this case, please, provide us access to your logs on the server. Also, disable all external plugins and switch to the parent theme. Send us your FTP access and a step by step instruction about how to see this 503 error on your website.

    after connecting with ftp please open error_log you see in there errors

    error comes out by random when inside admin panel if you open multiple pages error occurs. no specific way to encounter this error.

    in private area I sent you errors can you find out by checking them?

    Yes, we checked these errors and they are not related to 503 error on the server. If it happens randomly, then it might be out of PHP memory on the server. We can’t check it if we are not able to reproduce this.

    Sorry, but wee can’t check it if we are not able to reproduce this. 503 error is generated by the server and should be checked by the server provider if you know when it occurs.
