Hi there

as you can see in the screenshots! the plugins work with twenty twenty theme but not woodmart, there is a kind of a problem or a conflict which doesn’t allow it to work to work with your theme!

PLEASE NOTE:
I have already disabled the plugins and switched the theme to make sure what is the problem and as I said once the woodmart plugin is activated this doesn’t work properly!

Try to disable “AJAX add to cart” option in Theme Settings -> Product page.

Remove duplicate price for variable product
When you will select any variation, the price on the single product page will be updated with an actual variation price.

this has solved it! but the problem is that price doesn’t update when this is disabled

It seems like this plugin is not compatible with this option. It has to be turned off. We don’t have a fix for this.

if you mean the subscription! of course not! i mean come one you cannot suggest to shut off my website! its our business model! there is a problem with the theme and you have to check it and give a solution!!!!

and the plugin works with the wordpress native theme! so the problem is your theme not the plugin!

Yes, and it works with our theme when the option is disabled. That is why you have to disable it if you want to use this additional plugin.

and then the price doesn’t update which doesn’t make sense for the customers choosing between the different items! we want your theme with all features!!!! not with missing ones… again please check it and provide a solution

But it is how it works by default with a standard theme, isn’t it? Yes, we have a special option for this and it works flawlessly. But this plugin is not compatible with this specific option. It is not our theme bug or problem that we have to fix.

the price does update in the default WordPress theme! its a must but this isn’t working with your theme!!!

We have a special option for this and it works flawlessly without plugin. But this plugin is not compatible with this specific option. It is not our theme bug or problem that we have to fix.

i need to know why it’s not compatible! any errors! because ill check it with woocommerce theme! so please tell what is the problem exactly with errors or whatever you got in this matter!

Your theme! states also that it supports and is fully compatible with Germanized!
When germanized is active the price doesn’t even update like in the default WordPress theme!

This is a problem related with your theme I guess! a better and deep investigation will be appreciated!

Sorry, but we don’t see any errors and we don’t know why it doesn’t work. As for the Germanized plugin, could you please explain the problem in some details and provide some screenshots?

Please, send us a video of how it works with the default theme and compare it with WoodMart so we can understand the problem. Your product page looks different now.
