Hide some countries via snippet

Hi i know its not your plugin (woocommerce), but may be you can help, or others people on forum. How i can hide some countries using snippet. In woocommerce settings “Sell to specific countries” doesnt work for me. I want the client to see only some countries on the checkout page, while if the admin wants to change the order, he had a complete list of all countries
