RESET THEME SETTING and 3th and 4th Attributes DISAPPEARS!

I have a big problem.
A freelancer make for me a code to show or hide 3th and 4th variation, and work perfectly. He use Custom CSS & JS plugin to use the code.
I mistakenly clicked on Theme setting> RESET DEFAULTS And the attributes disappear.
How is it possible.
The freelancer say that the code is still in the page and workperfectly.
But after I had click RESET DEFAULTS the 3th and 4th attributes disappear from product page.

Please contact your host support perhaps they make automatic backups and you would able to restore the site.

I try but the backup is too old
Please, tell me, we try to make a product test with 3 attributes.
First two atributes are show but the 3th one is hide.
Only in Product image width MEDIUM.
Why this?
if it can help:
If i go to theme setting > product page > images > and choose Product image width FULL and not MEDIUM, the swatch images appears.
this is a test, but we have to use MEDIUM
i fix the problem with1 days old backup
but i don’t know where is the problem
