I have my product pagination set to infinite scrolling; however, at times, I receive a brief “load more” button. The rest of the page usually loads quickly FOR ME, but I’m getting notification from several users that the rest of the page is not loading, even if they click the “load more” button. They do not receive an error message–the rest of products just do not load. At my request, these users have cleared their cache multiple times. Again, I’m not experiencing this problem, but with several others having the problem, there must be something wrong. What could be causing this issue? As it stands now, my customers can’t see much of the product. Help, please!
