COMPATIBILITY WITH WORDPRESS 5.6

    Hi,
    After updating WordPress from 5.5 to 5.6, the theme is working too slow or the shop page is not working completely correctly.
    do you have any updates? Or we have to return to 5.5?
    your fast reply would be greatly appreciated.

    There is a bug in our theme and AJAX now. To fix this, replace files from the folder woodmart/js/ with the following ones https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ter5HAywLcIN4KPjskgsldhY3v8Jopq4/view

    With the downgrading of WordPress to 5.5.3, it seems the issue solved. It would be great to provide us with a theme update as soon as possible.

    We have tested your website after you have replaced the files and it was working well. Please, update the WordPress and clear your browser cache.

    I have replaced the JS file and upgrade to WordPress 5.6 once again. The cache is cleared totally. But the issue is there:
    – Coming down in the Home page, shop page, and all other pages are now working.
    – Preload is too slow.
    – Shop page is not showing products normally with photos and is too slow.
    – Product detail page is not working and clicking on the buttons is not possible.
    – ……
    So, how did you find it normal?

    I am waiting 5 Min, I am not receiving a reply, I will make a downgrade once again.

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it? We see a JS error on your website that looks like not related to our theme.

    But as you can see, the problem is caused by your plugins. When you deactivate them, your website works correctly. It means that some plugin is still not compatible with WordPress 5.6.

    If the theme is activated with the purchase code, you should be able to update it via Appearance -> Themes or Dashboard -> Updates.

    The theme is activated with a purchase code. Normally we upgrade the theme as you explained via dashboard>Updates. But this time it can not find any update. So, maybe I have to wait a little more.

    You can also download the latest version from ThemeForest and update the theme manually.
