In the product page, thumbnails image of the product do not appear (on mobile)

    Hello,

    I have an issue with the thumbnails images of product page in mobile.
    They don’t appears. (no problem in desktop)

    I put the URL in private so you can check. With admin access if you need.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and check your site admin access I cannot log in.

    Hello,

    That is what I did. Actually, If I switch to Storefront (woocommerce default theme) it works.

    So this is issue is definitely related to woodmart theme.

    In theme settings -> product page -> image -> “Thumbnails position” if I select “Horizontal carrousel” it works, thumbnails appears. But not when I select “bottom 2 columns”.

    Again, this issue only appears in mobile.

    Sorry, that is because I have selected “Horizontal carrousel”.

    I have set it back to “bottom 2 columns” and the problem is there.

    Hello,

    I have checked the settings. On mobile, all the thumbnails images go into the carousel

    You can try option Bottom (horizontal carousel) in the Theme Settigns > Product page > Images.

    Images would be also carousels however they would be visible.

    I thought if I select “Bottom (2 columns)” pictures will appears like in desktop. Not with carousel. So the user can see all thunbnails instantly. Is there a way to do that ?

    Hello,

    Our theme has designed to hide the thumbnails into the carousel not to make the page long. All the image gallery is scrolled when you move the main image.

    Alternatively, you can set the design Horizontal bottom, in this case the gallery would also be a carouse, however, it would be visible.
