Cart Sidebar is not showing products on single product page

Hello, Xtemos Team, I have a problem with the cart sidebar. when I add to cart any product the sidebar opens and shows products added to the cart on the homepage and shop page but when I’m on the single product page, only the empty sidebar appears. how to fix this? I’ve attached the screenshots.

I saw the screenshots you attached.
Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Activate the parent theme means to activate the main theme if you are using a child theme.
If you are not using a child theme then deactivate all the third-party plugins and check back.
If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

Hello, I deactivated all the third-party plugins, and it’s working now but how to use those plugins without this issue because those plugins are essential.
hello, I have figured out the plugin that is causing the issue. the plugin is “Buy Now” button. but my question why it is just conflicting only on the single product page, it’s not conflicting on other pages. do have any solution for this. Do I need to add any code? this buy now button is very essential for my website.

As the issue is fixed by deactivating all the third party plugins which clears that the issue is not from our theme.
Sorry but we could help you with this because we haven’t tested our theme yet with such a plugin and this is out of our scope.

ok fine. thanks for the assistance. can you please tell me how to disable sidebar only on a single product page when we click on cart button on the mobile navbar? I hope you resolve this issue because it is completely related to your theme.
I want it to be like, when i click on cart icon on mobile navbar especially on single product page it should not open hidden sidebar, it should open cart page.

The issue is not caused by our theme, the issue is with the plugin as you mentioned.
Therefore if you don’t want to display the cart sidebar on the shop page then you can try disabling the Ajax add to cart option from Theme Settings >> Product Page.

The above option will disable the sidebar when you click the add to cart button on a single product page. And it is not possible to fulfill your other requirements as it requires customizations and that is beyond our limitations and support policy.

Thanks. I never said your theme is causing the issue. I said disabling the sidebar is related to the theme, not the plugin.
