    Hi, the images on category pages are not the same see https://prnt.sc/vzrbol

    These are our settings: https://prnt.sc/vzrci3 and https://prnt.sc/vzrcwh and https://prnt.sc/vzrd1m and in customizer: https://prnt.sc/vzrenv

    we saw on article on your site we have tried it to change the product style but this don’works..

    Please can you help?

    Hello,

    Do you mean the different heights? Please disable the Masonry grid in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Product style.

    Also we have changed this: https://prnt.sc/w0dpcl but it shows 25 products on the category page? It won’t change?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated provide your site admin access to the private area.
