    Hi. When I want to compare products, this function doesn’t work. The shortcode is inserted and the desired page is selected, but unfortunately it doesn’t work. What is the reason ?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Hello,

    You have not installed and activated WoodMart core plugin. I cannot detect the reason: either your theme has been installed incompletely or something wrong with WorPress. In any case you need to have the plugins in Appearance > Install plugins activated. One more thing, if you use Elementor, it should be set in the Theme Settings > General.
