Wrong rows and columns on the shop pages

Hello, we have configured 4 columns and 4 products to be seen but when you enter you see more products and at the end you are left with only one product, this can only be solved by clicking 16 in the selector above, we don’t know what this is due to, 16 is supposed to be marked by default.

I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website and the columns are working absolutely fine and there is no single product shown in the last line.
