    Hello,

Can you please tell me which plugin you are using for the multilanguage site?

Also, please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we could not help you with this as you are using a third party plugin to add the language switcher and we haven’t tested the plugin with our theme.

You can ask the plugin support for further help.

    Best Regards.

Ok may I aks you please.

Why did you asking me then”Can you please tell me which plugin you are using for the multilanguage site?” if you couldn’t help me ? to answer me that you can’t support me ?

I have asked you only to help me to place a placeholder area in your header nothing else?
then why I paid for the extension of theme support, for the theme if you don’t help us, what do you offer in your support only the updates if are not working well? seriously now?

You didn’t even tell me the other possible solutions that you mention ” Also, please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution. ” you just told me that ” we could not help you with this as you are using a third party plugin to add the language switcher and we haven’t tested the plugin with our theme. ” if this is the support that you offer please tell me now and I will request a refund for the extension support that I have paid ??

    Thank you

I didn’t ask you also if the plugin is working with your theme,I asked only for simple guidance how to place a placeholder in your header? nothing more
