    Hello,

    I saw the screenshot you attached.

    The area you mentioned is created using the product grid carousel element of the theme.

    If you are unable to set up the same section for you then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    I have added the element product grid and carousel in the 2nd section. You need to configure and add some products to the website then clear cache and check back.

    And you can use this template on your page by clicking the add template button.

    I do have products already set up in the woocommerce product section, but they are unable to display when i use in the template now. Thanks!

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme, then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
