    Hi,
When I try to use WPBakery Page Builder Front End editor on my Homepage, it goes blank and doesn’t load anything.
The problem has been ocurring since yesterday, when I checked and it’s urgent that I do some changes.
I’ve deactivated all plugins that aren’t essential and it’s still happening.
    Could you please help me?
    Thank you in advance

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and so we could check it?

    Thank you in advance

Hi, I deactivated all plugins I don’t need. If I deactivate more plugins I will lose my configurations on them and I need them in order to keep selling. Specially since its Christmas

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

    Kind Regards

You need to update our theme and all included plugins to the latest version.

I don’t see available updates. Could you please explain?

You need to download the latest version from ThemeForest and install it manually since you have a very old version of the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
Also, make a backup of your website before the update. Unfortunately, your Theme Settings and header will be lost so you will need to configure it from scratch.

Hi! Thank you very much for your help. I ended up buying the premium version of WPBakery (since its Xmas I can’t afford to lose sales while I change the website)
I see WooCommerce and WordPress was updated and is now asking me to put new php version.
Could you please help me with that?
I’m not sure what to do.
    Many thanks!!!

You need to contact your hosting provider if you need to update the PHP version on the server. We are not able to do this for you.

    Hi!
Ok, thank you very much for the help youre giving me. I’ll check it with them.

Since updating WPBakery I’ve encountered 3 errors I can’t fix

    1. My menu isn’t working on mobile
    2. Secondary photos are not loading
    3. Infinite scrolling is not working

I’ve contacted WPBakery and they answered: The menu display is something which is controlled by the theme and WPBakery Page Builder does not have a control over it. The page builder can only work in the content area of the page. You can get in touch with the theme developer, so that he can guide you with the same.

I’ve checked menú configurations and it should be working fine.

I want to update Woodmart as you tell me but to tell you the truth, I don’t know how:

Our website developer used her Woodmart license to create the site and she left the work and never answered back after I payed her the total left. Now she won’t reply any messages.
The license I used to ask you for help is the one I have to another site.

I want to uodate the theme with a new license I buy for us and specially for this site, but I don’t want to break it. Could you please help me with this?

To simplify, I want to buy our own license for this website but I’m afraid to do something that might put the site in danger.

Yes, you can purchase your own license, download the latest version of the theme, and update it. But as we mentioned already, you need to install it manually since you have a very old version of the theme https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/
Also, make a backup of your website before the update. Unfortunately, your Theme Settings and header will be lost so you will need to configure it from scratch.

    Thank you very much.
Is there any way you could do this?
I’m actually very afraid of doing this the wrong way

Sorry, but we don’t provide such a service and it is out of our theme support scope. We highly recommend you to create a backup before updating the theme.
