BertranddesmetsWMParticipantHi,
Not entirely sure but since last update, filters have not been working properly. The system displays all products. I invite you to try the filters on the page attached in the private area.
Can you reproduce this on your end or is it just me?thanks.
Kind regards,December 12, 2020 at 7:15 pm #250417
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
Please provide your site admin access to the private area. And products sample which I can try to sort out.
Best Regards

BertranddesmetsWMParticipantHi,
I went through Woodmart forum and, apparently, that is the way your filters work. Let’s suppose I’m inside a product category, the filters will not take that into account and will restart the search. They will show all shop brands and attributes anyway, is that correct?
Check the link in thre private area and see for yourself.Kind regards,

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Yes, that is correct, if you chose the red t-shirt, it would show all the brands, sizes and so on. That is the way the Woocommerce filter work.
Our theme filters are visually customized, however, they are based on Woocommerce filters functionality.

BertranddesmetsWMParticipantHi,
Very disappointed with this. To me this not a filter as it is. This filter just makes no sense. You should think of an update in the future. Filters are such important feature…moreover I’m not the first one to point this matter.
In the meantime, I cannot run this e-commerce without this feature.
Is there some css available to disable the filter except for the Main shop page?
If not, what plugin is the most efficient filter? Do you have experience/feedbacks with one and another filter extension? Compatibility, etc. ?

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please try to add WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav filters instead of customs and set the category in the widget https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
Custom filters are designed for any page as Woocommerce filters work on shop /category page only.

BertranddesmetsWMParticipantHi,
What is this filter supposed to do? Can I filter through brands and other attributes this way? Only categories? Do you have a demo of this?
Thanks

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is the demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/ you can find the Woodmart filter widgets here.
