Header builder not showing

    Header builder not showing. I switch off plugins and switch on one by one but its not working for me. It will be great if you can you tell which plugin conflict. or anything else? Please find the attachment

    Hello,

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of the site and update the theme and related plugins (Appearance > Install plugins)

    Then deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
