WCFM Vendor name on shop page / product grid

Hi There,
I notice your theme supports WCFM.
However, I can’t seem to get the vendor name to show up on the shop page / product grid.
Is there some setting that needs to be done?

Please contact the plugin support. Most likely you configure something wrong. We do not have instructions on how to configure properly.

This is not the type of answer I was expecting.
The issue is with your theme, when I switch to other themes such as Storefront… it works. When I switch to Astra theme, it works. But when I switch to Woodmart, it doesn’t work. I will even show you the screenshots.
So if all other themes work but not yours…is this the plugin issue or yours?

Ok, so after hiring WP Kraken and paying $45 to debug, they said the issue is with the theme. The issue wasn’t in the theme coding, but the theme settings. They were surprised that the theme developer did not know that the Product Grid had styles that can be selected to show different information. They simply went into the theme settings and changed the product grid style. The seller information is now visible. They also mentioned that I theme developers provide these type of support free of charge.
In case anyone wants to know the steps:
Theme Settings -> Shop -> Product Styles -> Hover On Product -> Select the one that works.
I hope in the future, if we face any issues with the theme that support can provide support.
