I saw the screenshot you attached.
To add a checkbox try assigning a page to the terms and conditions from Appearance >> Customize >> Woocommerce >> Go further.

Hello There,
I have a problem with my FOOTER on my website (attached direct link).
1.) when hovering on the content links at the footer, it seems that the hover is not in the correct direction.
2.) the SOCIAL Symboles below the logo on the footer are not clickable.

Please try re adding the links in the footer then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
