Load more not working

    Hello,

    Please help me because in one of my category page, the load more button not working. In any other page there is no problem.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

    I have created a test site to investigate.
    3 plugins activated: Woocommerce, Woodmart Core, WPBakery and problem still happening.
    Please if you will check it, after leave my site as the same it was before. (Like the child theme activated and the other settings.)

    Hello,

    You have set 12 products per page in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Product grid.

    Almost all the categories have less than 12 products or equal to.

    I have found one category with 33 products and infinite scrolling works https://gyazo.com/b82ea95245f3f4c6fa8f3c6007a6cf3a

    Did you checked the link that I have sent to you on private content? In that category I almost have 100 posts.
    I have never speaked about product category.

    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and update the parent theme, also update the related plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

    If the problem persists I will check with our dev team.
