    1. Ajax pagination and filters not working , but worked some days ago.

    2. How can I remove or change above header banner which appears every time when you open the website?

    3. Is it possible to change the sticky header in desktop so that when I scroll the page and the sticky navbar appears instead of logo I want to put product categories dropdown menu

    Hello,

    1) Please deactivate all the third-party plugins, activate the parent theme, then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem still continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2) You can find the header banner settings under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Header Banner.

    3) Please provide some relevant screenshots of what you require to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    1. I did the same but no changes and ALL MY SIDEBAR FILETRS HAVE BEEN DISAPPEARED !!!!!!
    So make them back please.

    3. In the screenshot I marked the logo in sticky header . Instead of that logo I want menu dropdown list. But only for sticky header, only when I scroll

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website.

    1) Please update the theme and the recommended plugins to the latest version then clear cache and check back. If the problem still continues then tell me we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    2) Sorry but I am still unable to see any screenshot you attached. Please make sure that you have added it correctly to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
