    Hello,

    Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of images that take too much time to complete. In most cases, the images are not necessary as site owners create their own products /posts and other content with images.

    Now you get the exact design and templates as on the demo.

    Yes I get it the issue is I wanted to see how it will be with the images from your demo link”https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/home-organic/”. The organic demo imports fine with blurred images that’s okay. Please refer the link below: https://ibb.co/4sm6QTj (this is what i see when i visit your demo link, for me to view the organic demo.

    Hello,

    Most likely your site parameters are lower than required of the theme has been installed incorrectly due to other reasons. Can you remove all and I will reinstall the theme? Please provide your site admin access.

    Thank you for the screen video. Could you please share the organic demo link, I tried loading in 2 different browsers the images do not load for me. This is the demo link which i viewed: https://demo.xtemos.com/basel/home-organic/

    I tried both browsers Firefox, Chrome and even on my mobile too. I tried on another computer too same issue

    Please open the Organic demo in Chrome and view via Developer inspection mode as shown: https://gyazo.com/170349e172fc1d44b9ee1c59becbca88 then make a screen and send us.

    No only the organic demo theme has the issue. I tried in the incognito mode too and tried on another computer too it’s the same.
