How to disable cart hover effect on product image

I saw the screenshot you attached. Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.woodmart-add-btn.wd-add-cart-btn {
	display: none;
}
