Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

I saw the screenshots you attached and the promo popup is not visible on your website.
It seems that you have managed to remove it.
And for the header banner you can disable it from Theme Settings >> Shop >> Header Banner.
