    I really need your help to figure out the problem. I tried turning off all plugins but didn’t help

    Hello,

    I watched the video you attached.

    Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the recommended plugins then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins

    Hello,

    Actually, the issue is coming because you are still using the old version of the theme 5.3.5. Please update the theme and all plugins to the latest version Woodmart 5.3.6 which is fully compatible with the latest Woocommerce and WP versions.

    After the theme update, if you still find the issue, then please send me the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and solve the issue for you.
