This Category menu is displayed as it is and there is no option to change the category order, unfortunately.
The only way, where you can configure the product categories order is the Browse category menu.

Because in mobile layout and in desktop layout both are showing different. Please guide me.

This menu is not editable. These categories are displayed as they are. You can only edit Browse categories and Categories in the mobile menu.
