Excess tag in the mobile menu

    Hi.

    Mobile menu has an excess line above Catalog (Каталог – rus)/ Screenshot: https://ibb.co/jVSQyrr. And code has excess tags «a».
    I tried to create another mobile menu, change them, but tha line invariably remained in top.
    What could be the problem?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third-party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third-party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hi! Thanks for your reply.

    It didn’t help.
    In private area give you login details.
    I activate the plugins, beause i’m working.
    Please, deactivate them then turn in admin panel.

    Hello,

    Your issue has been resolved. You have an unclosed <a> tag in the footer copyrights area that was causing the issue.

    I have closed the tag and the issue fixed.

    Please clear cache and check back.

    Hello,

    You are Most Welcome.

    It doesn’t depend on the footer but leaving tags unclosed can cause an issue with the HTML that’s why such can happen.

    So you need to make sure that you have closed all the unclosed tags.
