Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

You should have deactivated all the plugins in the Appearance > Install plugins, but you had not done.

Please disable Elementor and Classic editor, your site is on WP bakery page builder, the theme does not work on both builder at the same time.
I mean you need to deactivate the plugins in the Dashboard > Plugins.
