FONT AWESOME ICONS MISSING

    I’ve just finished updating the site to the latest version and all of the font awesome icons have disappeared. I can see loads of people have had the same issue and not been able to fix without you guys logging in so I enclose my details.

    Please help.

    Hello,

    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please save the Theme Setting, and clear your cache.

    Please check Dashboard > Settings > Genera > site URL: if your site is https://… it should be the same URL there.
    In addition, sit with www and without www may cause the problem.

    I have done as instructed and still cannot see the icons.

    Hello,

    Please show this screen https://prnt.sc/wdserz to the host support, they would solve this problem and icons would appear.

    Fixed it with Better Font Awesome plugin – disappointing as I love this theme and you should not have so many people complaining about the same issue.
