The social icons may be stuck on the site and be shown on all the pages, you can configure that in the Theme Settings > Social profiles.

you didn’t get my point. I did this. but, it only display at just under the login. Don’t display at under the registration

This feature is only for login. It is assumed that a user enters the site with the exciting Facebook / Google account and Woocommerce creates automatically an account based on this data.
