Hello,
I have logged into your website and you are using an old PHP version. Please update the PHP version to latest then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

Hello, i have updated the php version to latest. it’s still not working.
I don’t know how to debug. Can you enable the debug using wp admin that i shared for you to debug.
Please let me know if it’s not okay. Thanks.
Hello,
In most cases, this issue may be connected to the PHP max input vars limit parameter in your web server configuration. You can check the current value for this parameter in your Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System status. Usually, this parameter is not allowed to be changed on shared hostings so you will need to contact your host providers and ask to increase this limit. The recommended value for this is 5000.
Also please make sure mod_security has been disabled. Please contact us if the problem persists.
Best Regards.
