    Hello,

    Please make sure that you are using the latest versions of the theme and recommended plugins then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide them with the correct admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Because the login details you provided are not working.
