Menu Categories Drop down problem

In single category there are many items, and for testing i checked the categories menu in empty page and it shows me only half, i.e., i couldn’t scroll down like the image shown below.
For ex: in the image given 9 sub categories under main category (grocery & staples), but when i check the category in shop page the it works good, but when i check in empty page it display only half, i couldn’t scroll down to more (only half of 9 sub-categories visible), kindly visit my website, you’ll get to know what issue i’m facing exactly.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached and visited your website.

Please try re adding the HTML block to the menu item then clear cache and check back.

If the problem continues then deactivate all the third party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

hi i haven’t seen any changes for category menu still the same issue i’m facing, i couldn’t scroll down the category it shows only half. Kindly fix this issue. Also i wanted to remove the “-” (minus symbol) label on the offer label of a product. For ex: its -20%off i want it to display 20%off only.

Hello,

I have logged into your website and added some content to the homepage and the dropdown is displaying fine. The content in the HTML block you used as dropdown is greater in height and the main page wrapper has less height because no content is added to it that’s why the HTML block is displayed cut. I added content to the homepage and the HTML Block is displayed.

And it is not possible to remove the “-” from the sale percentage label. It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
