Unable to add new product – blank page.

    After the last reset of the theme to the initial settings, I noticed that two pages with the product are inactive. Links lead to blank – white pages. Additionally, I tried to add a new products (as a new subpages) and unfortunately the same problem. The new created pages are inactive – white pages.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

    Because the products are Woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

    It works fine with the Twenty Twenty-One theme. Chcec the attachment.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

    If the problem continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the website with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    I uninstalled the Alidropship plugin and blank pages started to display properly. However, I need this plugin. Why there is a conflict between Alidropship and Woodmart? Since there is no problem with a regular WP template?

    Hello,

    We have not tested this plugin with our theme so we cannot guarantee 100% compatibility.

    Our them is compatible with Dokan plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/dokan-lite/

    Thanks, but I’m not going to buy a new plugin and set up hundreds of products from scratch.

    I have been using Alidropship and Woodmart for over 2 years and never had similar problems. I’ve already tried to downgrade WordPress but it didn’t help. I uninstalled the latest Alidropship plugin and installed the previous version from early December 2020. Unfortunately, it didn’t help. I wonder if the downgrade of the Woocommerce plugin will help? I have the latest version of WC 4.8.0 installed, and from what I can see your theme does not officially support this version of WC.

    I had the latest version of WP (5.6) previously…

    Now is updated to WP 5.6 again. And the problem with the blank pages ramains.

    Hello,

    Make the full backup of your site and:

    1. Deactivate and delete CMB -2 and Redux plugins they are no more needed they were necessary for earlier versions of them.

    2. If the problem persists, please deactivate all the plugins excepting theme-related and AliDropship Woo Plugin and check the issue.

    Finally!

    Really Simple SSL plugin was causing this problem.

    Thank you! Also after disabling many plugins, the site started loading much faster!
