sku not shown on specific category

    hello, here on brand “nova luce” products, on product’s hover,visitors cannot see the sku of products. https://i.imgur.com/jj1WZBA.png

    how can i set this up please?

    Hello,

    By default, SKU is not shown in the grid. Some of your products have the SKU in the short description and some of the do not. Add the SKU in the same way as it has been added in the products that have the SKU and check.

    hi, i’m sorry but none of the products have sku in short description. none.
    only the “nova luce” as described above have the red letters which appear to prompts customer to a telephone number and not sku.

    Hello,

    By default, there is no option to show the SKU in the grid. You will have to find an additional plugin. We have not tested any with WoodMart which is why we can hardly recommend any.

    yes but the sku in all the other products is shown in grid. The sku in all of these products is entered in according tab at product editing. Not in short description.
    so why is the nova luce products not showning sku and all the others showing on grid?

    Please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Please confirm the permit to deactivate the plugins for the while of checking and switch to the parent theme.

    Hello,

    I see one product (that does not have SKU in the preview) that has the text in the short description, and the product that has the SKU does not, try to configure the product content in the same way and check.

    Our theme does not have the option to show the SKU, you are trying to show by the trick and I suspect that the matter is the indifferent content arrangement.
