    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    Try to remove our theme’s folder completely and test how it works without our theme. Probably, there is some problem with your WordPress installation or the server. If it works well with our theme, please, provide us your admin access so we can install the theme for you.

    Hello,

    Please, use our Private content field to send your admin access.

    As we can see, your website is broken even if our theme is turned off. Try to disable all extra plugins and test how it works.
