    Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated, please provide your site admin access to the private area.

    Our theme is 100% compatible with the free Elementor plugin. I have a search that Elementro Pro does not work stable. Please check how it works with free Eelementor and provide your site login URL.

    Please remove the shortcode from ID field.

    Press “+” and insert the shorcode of the contact form.

    If you want to use the HTML block template, save it as a template, insert in the page and drag to the popup area https://prnt.sc/win2p0

    Nothing is working and I am using elementor not wpbakery. if you can resolve the issue please do it as soon as possible otherwise I would like to change the theme I cant wait for replies after 24 hrs. belive or not it is not compatible with elementor

    Hi,

    We have checked your site setting and foud that there is option “Hide Title” enabled in your footer (http://prntscr.com/wkt62y). Try to disable it.
