Issue with slow site when creating variable product

    I am currently building a site with 8 variable products. Each product will have a possible 800 variations. I have set the output limit to only 150 per run. Soon as the product variable count hits 650 then it becomes very slow when the next batch is created.

    Is there any way of resolving this issue.
