It works after some setting change in woocomerce now but the main issue is that, because of “ajax add to cart” custom fields applied to products are not working!!!
is there any work around for this??

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated please provide your site admin access to the private area.

so this problem is very intentional by theme but can we find a workaround?

Unfortunately, we cannot test all the custom fields of all the plugins for compatibility with this feature that is why this feature works only with our theme functionality.

Those are woocmmerce custom fields (plugin) by woocommerce, can we do it for this perticuler one, because this is crucial for great UI.
