Leave site warnings, different image dimension, font size, Youtube video

    Hi,

    I have a few questions

    1 I often receive “Leave Site?” warnings even though I have just clicked Save, Update, or Publish. That issue happens all the time regarding “Products” and “Appearance” on the dashboard.

    For instance, on Dashboard –> Products, if I switch from one product to another, there would appear a Leave Site warning even though I didn’t make any change at all. Or After editing any product and clicked Update or Publish, then If I wanted to switch to another product, there would appear a “leave site” warning all the time.

    Or on Dashboard –> Appearance –> Menu. If I switch from one menu to another menu, there would appear a “Leave site?” warning even though I didn’t make any change or I made some changes and clicked “Save menu” already.

    2 How to make sure that all of the images from the Shop pages, related products, or “You may also like” are displayed in the same dimension? Right now, images from those pages often come with different dimensions. Some are displayed bigger than the others. I tried to fix a lot, but couldn’t fix them all. Is there any setting that can ensure all of them are displayed the same way?

    3 on some pages, the font size is very small. Where can I fix them because some of them can’t be fixed by using Elementor. For instance, on the Product single page, how to increase the font size of the words?

    4 Adding Video URL to products: This didn’t work. I tried with 2 types of Youtube URL. One is a short URL and the other is the full URL.

    If I used a Short video URL, nothing was displayed on the Product single page. It’s totally black.

    If I used the full video URL from Youtube, then I would see the Play button on the Product Single Page. However, if I click that play button, there appeared an Error.

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached and visited your website.

    1) This is the default WordPress warning and not from our theme. You can also check with the default WordPress theme as well.

    2) Basically the product images are controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this. WooCommerce Allows some settings that you can find under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images.

    3) For the font size of the short description try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS. 

    .woocommerce-product-details__short-description li {
    font-size: 17px;
}

    4) You need to take the video URL in the following format “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xcJtL7QggTI “

    Then clear cache and check back.

    Both of them didn’t work. What should I do?

    We are glad that most of your issues have been resolved.

    4. Please try adding the following link of your video in your product: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gqvk5bYf_g

    Then check back.

    If the problem continues then deactivate all the third-party plugins and provide with the admin panel login details of the website then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

    Hi,

    It worked. That means if I use that kind of URL, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gqvk5bYf_g, it worked.

    My next question is how to get that kind of URL from Youtube quickly? From the Full Youtube URL, if I choose a short URL, it would be like this: https://youtu.be/8gqvk5bYf_g. It will never show the one which you have just sent me.

    Hello,

    We are glad that your last issue is also fixed.

    And for the URL when you open a video on youtube the Url that appears is the correct format to be used you can copy it to use.

    You have to make sure that the URL must be in the same format as I provided you in the last reply.
