500 Error With Custom CSS or Other Theme Options

Internal Server Error is showing up when I try to add custom CSS or update other settings in Theme Settings. Error appears in main theme and child theme. All plugins not related to Woodmart were disabled and error still happened. From log:

Hello,
Try to disable mod_security on your server. It seems to block Theme Settings’ “save” requests. Contact your hosting provider for help.
