It seems that you are using HTML Block as dropdown for the menu items that’s why they are displayed full width.
Please try adding the submenu items of the menu item which have less submenu items directly without using the HTML block as a dropdown then clear cache and check back.
If the problem continues then provide with the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.
