I can't modify my page(s)

    I want to change wy website : divide my main page in several ones. I have copy/paste the text (code) of my main page on a new one, and then, back in the classic appearance of work and I I have tried to delete some sections : impossible. So I went into “visual editor”, where it has been possible to delete the contents of the sections, but not the sections themselves. You can see the problem in the page “Engagement qualité”.
    PS : the menu and other items will be changed too (not finished yet).
    Could you please help me and see what is the cause of this blockage ?

    Hi,

    We checked your page and was able to edit/remove elements without any problems. How exactly can we reproduce it?

    … I have just invest in a WPBakery Licence. May be that will help…
    I just see something interesting on the web : someone has found the solution to the same concern by desactivating Polylang. I have Weglot plugin for translations on my site. Could it be the problem ?

    Sorry, but we are not aware of such issue with Polylang. But if you have WPBakery license you can contact plugin’s support for help. We would be glad if you will write the solution here too.

    So, I have made several trials. It still does not work. For example : in the page “Engagement qualité”, I click on the trash of the first line to delete the first section. No way. It remains. I have tried working in Firefox, in Safari, same thing whatever I try.

    Last news : solution found. After buying WPBakery licence and install it, I thought everything was OK. But the last version has not been automatically updated. After updating, everything works fine.
    I only regret this obligation to buy Visual Composer (WPBakery). I think it would be necessary to be informed when we install the theme. Am I the only one having had the problem ?

    You are able to get the latest version of the plugin without activation. You can update it via Appearance -> Install plugins. All you need to do is to update the theme to the latest version firstly.
