Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we could check it?

Please, use the private content field to post your admin information next time.

When we deactivate plugins not related to our theme, the header builder starts working correctly.

To understand which plugin breaks this functionality you can enable them one by one and test how it works after each plugin activation.

Hi, I had the same problem and disabling the plugin “Business Reviews Bundle” solved it. Can you probably look into it, why it’s breaking your theme?

Hello @ctekk,

It looks like this plugin has its own version of React JS library and conflicts with our theme. As a workaround, you can disable the plugin while working with our theme. Or contact plugin’s developers and ask to remove their script on pages related to our theme like Header Builder.
