It looks like you have used some import plugin that didn’t set your images size correctly https://prnt.sc/wmmszk
Try to go to your media library and regenerate thumbnails for this image and check how it works.

Ok, I installed one regenerate plugin but now the product photo is not showed well:

Hello,

You can use this plugin to achieve this functionality https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Also, make sure that you have set a correct images size in Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> WooCommerce -> Product images.

Have you specified images sizes in the Customizer first? Please, send us a screenshot of images size and the image you get with the plgugin.

You can see screenhots in the attachament. I do not edit the default settings from apparence > wocommerce. The image is still not ok and cropped.This is the product: https://oreos.brums.ro/produs/pulover-ice/. This product is just an example. I have this issue on all the products. Please help me to fix it. It is very important for me 🙁

No, it is not ok. The image is cropped.The correct image size is like here: https://oreos.brums.ro/produs/pulover-gloriette-verde/ but this product it is not regenerated.

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Also, you need to regenerate thumbnails for all images. Images size is controlled by WooCommerce and our theme doesn’t influence this.
